A centralized hub for organization-level strategy tools, trainings, and resources.

  • Shared Resource Library: Houses implementation toolkits and training materials developed by primary and affiliate sites, expanding into a nationwide consortium library.

  • Adaptation & Accessibility Support: Provides dedicated support to adapt training materials for new projects, host adapted versions, and maintain accessible formatting for community use.

Building the first autism-specific repository dedicated to implementation measures and outcomes.

  • Standardized Measurement: Integrates data across service systems and evidence-based behavioral health interventions (EBIs), capturing three core dimensions:

    • Implementation mechanisms

    • EBI fidelity

    • Child outcomes

  • Continuous Expansion: Aggregates findings from initial primary and affiliate sites, upcoming ARC-BH projects, and external partner sites aligning measurement frameworks.

Helping Educational Leadership Mobilize Evidence (HELM) 

Evidence Summary: HELM has been demonstrated to positively influence implementation leadership and climate. This program has been shown to aid in buffering the deterioration of EBP implementation in schools. 

 

HELM aims to improve principals' use of strategic implementation leadership and build a positive implementation climate to support the adoption and high-fidelity use of school-based EBPs that improve student social, emotional, and behavioral outcomes. 

Implementation outcomes targeted: Leadership, implementation climate, EBP fidelity, sustainment.  

 

EBI and settings where strategy has been used: Please note that HELM is intended to be EBP agnostic, so any school-based EBP could in theory be used. However, it has been used with Tier 1/universal social emotional and behavioral programs and practices (Positive Greetings at the Door). It is currently being tested on: a Tier 1/universal social emotional and behavioral programs and practices (PBIS) and an autism-focused EBI (RUBIES).

Evidence Summary: In a randomized controlled trial of TLI in California school districts and mental health programs and paired with two autism interventions, TLI demonstrated improved quality and impact of evidence-based intervention use for autistic children (Brookman-Frazee et al., 2025; Benjamin et al., 2026). Specifically, in programs and districts who leaders participated in TLI, providers had significantly higher intervention fidelity (they used the EBP as intended) and children had better outcomes compared to programs and districts whose leaders did not participate. TLI also increased leaders’ use of specific actions to promote the use of interventions by providers (Stahmer et al., 2025)
